I contacted you on Facebook and asked how you were; family, work, etc? And you said that you are thankful and very grateful.
Shortly afterwards I requested a loan of £100. You replied that you are sorry.
I then asked for a gift of any amount; you said, sorry you are struggling financially.

With more pressure and my desperate situation; you sent an equivalent of £5 to my account, and asked me not to refund it.
I said, my brother; your statements are all contradictory!
And then you replied, that you have this habit of gratitude, in all eventualities that life may bring.
Even when there is little or no food on the table, you remain thankful and very hopeful.

You put in effort and do much good. You pray and endeavor to be your brother's keeper. As you speak to me, you’re a debtor on many fronts.
You put in the effort and hope the sun will shine.
Life isn't only about beautiful roses and sunny days; it sometimes presents thorny branches and rainy days. It's however important to manage both sides of the coin. And remain hopeful, that after the rain and thunderstorm; there may be beautiful rainbows and the heralded sun.
You don't need to tell me your life's story; but you remain contented and hopeful, this much I know; because even though you may not be wealthy and very happy; there's a multitude sufferers more than you can imagine.
Therefore, my Facebook friend, we remain thankful through thick and thin; and for everything in between.
